The Hotel s situated close to the city of Albufeira, between the lush greens of the golf course and the golden sands of the beach, in the beautiful Herdade dos Salgados. With 228 rooms, 3 restaurants and 2 bars, the hotel offers the ideal conditions for your event. This property is home to the largest congress centre in the Algarve and one of the largest in the Iberian Peninsula. This fabulous facility is equipped with cutting-edge technology and its characteristics include: • An auditorium with 1.598 seats • 23 Multipurpose Rooms (including 1 Room with even flooring, measuring 1.000 m2) • Scenic lighting • 4 Simultaneous interpreting booths in the auditorium • Air Conditioning • Wi-Fi coverage in every room and internet connection points • Open-air venues for events For large groups, we have 2 sister hotels within walking distance enable us to accommodate up to 700 people together within our properties. A combined proposal can be requested for the various hotels in the group, concentrating all the group functions at at Algarve Marriott Salgados Golf Resort & Congress Center

Total group/ event cancelation The Client will communicate any cancelations to the Hotel Group Coordination Team in writing, to which the following rules will apply: - Between the signature date to 270 days prior the group arrival date: The cancelation will be charged at a rate equivalent to 20% of the estimated total revenue. - Between 269 and 180 days prior to the date of arrival of the group The cancelation will be charged at a rate equivalent to 30% of the estimated total revenue. - Between 179 and 120 days prior to the date of arrival of the group: The cancelation will be charged at a rate equivalent to 70% of the estimated total revenue. - Between 119 and 30 days prior to the date of arrival of the group: The cancelation will be charged at a rate equivalent to 90% of the estimated total revenue. - Less than 30 days prior to the date of arrival of the group: The cancelation will be charged at a rate equivalent to 100% of the estimated total revenue.
