100% of meetings and events held at our hotels are 100% carbon neutral. RHGA offset the CO2 emission with its partner First Climate. Radisson Rewards Americas members also have the opportunity to offset their CO2 emissions by redeeming their points.

We have the guest register at the desk to get a key so we know how many are in there at all times. We only allow two people at a time and once the key is returned we have a employee go in and wipe down all touch areas between each use.

Yes, Pillows and duvets and sprayed and all hard surfaces and wiped with disinfectant. Items such as robes have been removed along with decorative pillows
