In the unfortunate circumstances that you have to cancel or postpone your confirmed booking at any time prior to the event we do reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee against the total contracted business according to the notice received. Notice given % of Contracted Booking Value Payable Between 27 – 52 weeks 25% Between 13 – 26 weeks 50% Between 5 – 12 weeks 75% Up to 4 weeks prior 100%

REFURBISHMENT DoubleTree by Hilton Woking has undergone a complete refurbishment in all meeting and events spaces. All 8 meeting rooms have been equipped with modern lighting and AV, stylishly decorated with new carpets, meeting room furniture along with tea and coffee stations. We have also upgraded and refurbished the breakout foyer to include new furniture and artwork creating a stimulating and modern area to enjoy networking and refreshments. We look forward to welcoming you to our new facilities where we can cater for up to 350 guests.
