Cancellation policy for individual travelers: free of charge cancellation up to 48 hours prior to arrival date. Should you cancel within 48 hours, the retention of one night is charged for all confirmed rooms. “No Show” is charged with one night of full retention of all confirmed rooms. Notification about cancellation or of any other modification must be in writing. Cancellation policy for group bookings: group reservation (five rooms and above), cancelled up to 14 days prior to arrival date will not be charged. Group reservation, cancelled within 14 days before the arrival date, is charged with one night of full retention of all confirmed rooms. . “No Show” is charged with one night of full retention of all confirmed rooms.
