Group Cancel Policy…… Group Cancel Policy: If group reservations are cancelled with in 45 days of the group’s arrival date, the above credit card will be charged for first night’s room and tax for the total number of room nights being cancelled. Group Cancel Policy: Within seventy-two (72) hours of the groups date, the above credit card will be charged for 100% of your reservations, including room and tax, for the total number of room nights cancelled. Individual Cancel Policy…… Individual Cancel Policy: *Within seventy-two (72) hours of the arrival date, Individual guests will be charged for 100% of their reservation including room and tax for the total number of room nights cancelled. Individual Change Policy: *Within seventy-two (72) hours of the arrival date, individuals making changes and arriving late or departing early will be charged. Late arrivals and or no shows will be charge 100% of the group rate per day and non commissionable. Early departures will be charged 50% of the group rate per day and non commissionable.
