CANCELLATION POLICY: Upon receipt and confirmation of signed contract, both parties have entered into a binding agreement. Cancellations must be given in writing. The following sliding scale will apply to all cancelled events. Cancellation Penalty 121 days and over No Penalty 91 days -- 120 days 25 % of expected room, food/beverage & audio/visual lost revenue 61 days – 90 days 50 % of expected room, food/beverage & audio/visual lost revenue 46 days – 60 days 75 % of expected room, food/beverage & audio/visual lost revenue 0 days – 45 days 100 % of expected room, food/beverage & audio/visual lost revenue
