Should the event be cancelled or rescheduled by the client for any reason, Cityplace will retain the nonrefundable deposit. In addition, Cityplace will be entitled to a cancellation fee based on the percentage of the estimated expenditure as follows: Over 90 days prior to the event…………….25% of remaining balance Less than 90 days prior to the event……….50% of remaining balance Less than 60 days prior to the event……….75% of remaining balance Less than 30 days prior to the event……….100% of remaining balance
