Locanda Rossa, a boutique farmhouse of 37 kays, is located at Strada Capalbio in Pescia Fiorentina n 11B in Capalbio city in Italy. Locanda Rossa is a farmhouse of peaceful and understated elegance, wrapped in 21 hectares of vastness, in the Tuscan hills of Maremma. Rooms, Suites, and Apartments, enveloped by 3200 olive trees, are bright and airy, individually decorated and designed for total comfort. All the location can be totally privatized for excluse events, the Conservatory, instead, is our exclusive event space ideal for private events up to 40 guests.

- For cancellations within 30 days before arrival no penalty will be applied and the deposit will be refunded - For cancellations between29 and 8 days before arrival the 50% of the total charged as a deposit will be held as penalty. - For cancellations or modifies (i.e request for reduction of number of nights) after 7 days before arrival and in case of no show, 100% of the entire stay will be charged
Additional details
At guest disposal, a traditional Tuscan restaurant, a relax pool with dedicated bar, a second pool dedicated to our little guests with kid's playground. Other facilities include: padle and tennis courts, fitness room, a SPA with hydropool bath at 32° degrees, hammam, sauna and massage rooms. Parking place and a Tesla charging station are available free of charge.
