Peak group 50-75(mid-week) 75+peak (weekend); maximum capacity 215 schoolroom; Meeting rooms with the exception of Grand Ballroom has windows with blackout drapes allowing wonderful natural light. Covered outdoor space is available for meal functions, breakouts, receptions. Event menus can be customized to meet the needs of your client. Hotel is a chic boutique style property boasting 189 guest rooms. Renaissance is ideal for a large group as they will feel as though they are a big fish swimming in a small pond. Hotel is open to negotiating above 75 peak rooms.
