About us
Located on the legendry route to the world’s second highest mountain K-2, and known as Fong-Khar, which in the local language means the “Palace on the Rock”, Serena Shigar Fort is a unique heritage guesthouse that offers guests the opportunity to experience the restored original architecture of the 17th Century Raja Fort Palace, while enjoying the modern amenities and services of a luxury guest house. It combines guest rooms, facilities, and services of an international standard with an intimate first-hand experience of the unique architectural, cultural, and natural heritage of the Shigar Valley. It also offers conference and meeting facilities. The main boardroom is located on the second level of the Old House. The boardroom can accommodate up to 12-15 people and for smaller groups and break sessions can also be accommodates in the Turkish lounge.
