Spanning the 79th through 93rd floors of the sleek Shanghai World Financial Center (SWFC), Park Hyatt Shanghai is the city’s leading ultra-luxury hotel and arguably the premier location for corporate gatherings and social celebrations. Presenting striking architecture and interior design; awe-inspiring views; exceptional accommodation; exquisite culinary offerings; and sophisticated works of art—alongside legendary Park Hyatt service—Park Hyatt Shanghai is the ideal location for a successful and highly memorable event. Park Hyatt Shanghai is located in the heart of the Lujiazui business district in Pudong, the city’s commercial and financial epicentre, just across the river from downtown Shanghai. The hotel is also ideally located for leisure travellers, being only 25km from Hongqiao International Airport; 40km from Pudong International Airport; a five-minute walk to Shanghai IFC mall; and a five-minute walk to the Metro, on which guests have direct access to the city’s most popular visitor destinations, including The Bund, the Old French Concession and Xintiandi. A wide variety of unique event spaces are available at Park Hyatt Shanghai, equipped with high-speed broadband Internet access and the latest audiovisual facilities. The stylish Salon on the 86/F offers seven exclusive meeting rooms featuring natural light and lofty 4m (13.1 ft) high ceilings, which can accommodate up to 98 guests. Gracing the 93/F—the hotel’s highest floor—are the capacious North, South and West Houses, the highest pillar-less private banqueting spaces in China. Blessed with natural light and a 5.1 m (16.7 ft) high ceiling, along with an open kitchen and three adjacent VIP rooms, the houses can cater to up to 230 people. As soon as guests approach along the bamboo-lined driveway, the city’s hustle and bustle is left behind and the Park Hyatt Shanghai experience begins. Entering through a dramatic 16-metre high entrance gate, guests then traverse through a series of hushed galleries displaying contemporary Chinese artworks, leading through to elevator ‘cabins’, which whisk them up a giddy 87 floors to the reception chamber. Guests are welcomed into an elegant, high-ceilinged space with a rarefied ambience of exclusivity. Looking directly onto Oriental Pearl TV Tower, Jin Mao Tower and the Bund, the reception floor adopts a unique residential-style approach. A tranquil Living Room, serving light menus and course-by-course Afternoon Tea, leads into Dining Room, a contemporary Chinese restaurant that celebrates modern Jiangnan cuisine while respecting local culture and culinary traditions. At the end of the main dining area of Dining Room, there is a glass-walled wine library, housing 400-wines from around the world. Continuing with the philosophy of the Chinese private residence are the banquet venues on the 86th floor. They comprise four private event rooms, ranging in size from 74 to 171sqm (797 to 1,841sqft) and catering to up to 100 people for banquets. Each salon features spectacular views, as well as a 102-inch flat-screen TV; advanced AV system; wireless broadband; a lounge area for less formal conversations; and an espresso machine and show pantry for coffee breaks and cocktails. Outside, a Gathering Hall, filled with striking, stone serving plinths. Passing through the corridor decorated with elegant art works, guests will be greeted by Park Salon, a multi-function space features all day healthy food and beverages and available for relaxation or business engagements. Guests can immersive themselves in the tranquil residential style space, enjoying all day fresh fruits and healthy snacks while overlooking the breathtaking skyline. Every evening, between 5:30p.m. to 7:30p.m., Park Salon offers “Social Hour” including free-flow champagnes, red, white wines and other premium beverages, as well as healthy menu featuring fusion delicacies and snacks.

While the hotel’s lower floors will be an oasis of tranquility, the upper floors are being designed to reverberate with energy and excitement. The original 100 Century Avenue ‘All-day-dining Restaurant’ has been rebranded and divided into the Chinese-style Cantonese and Western-style Steakhouse. These two restaurants are situated adjacent to each other and located in the east and west wings. The dual-themed wings enjoy respective views of the eastern and western sides of the Huangpu River that serve as a natural appetite booster with 25-metre floor-to-ceiling windows. The multiple show kitchens provide a friendly and interactive eating experience. The bright and transparent Cantonese cooking stations presenting live cooking, while the vibrant and diversified Steakhouse open kitchen includes two dramatic charcoal grill ovens. The glittering flame in the oven complement the lights and shadows from the skyscrapers outside the window, serving as a natural background with an exceptional dining experience. The design assures customers the quality of the dishes and satisfies their curiosity of the food making process. Above that, well-equipped function space - Loft on 92 on the 92nd floor and exclusive private event venue North & South House on the 93rd floor are ideal places for cocktails, private events and business meetings.
