Cancellation policy is applied as follows: 100% cancellation penalty will be applied for any cancellation 3 business days prior to arrival for Room Nights. 80% cancellation penalty will be applied for any cancelation 4-14days prior to arrival. 70% cancellation penalty will be applied for any cancellation 15-30days prior to arrival. 60% cancellation penalty will be applied for any cancellation any cancellation occurring 31-60days prior to arrival. 50% cancellation penalty will be applied for any cancellation occurring 61-90days prior to arrival. *Cancellation penalty for event(F&B) will be separately contracted by Event Agreement. *Above cancellation penalty will be confirmed between the clients and hotel sales before contracting.
