Sanremo Palafiori se ofrece como una nueva área de congresos y exposiciones, destinada a conferencias y exposiciones. El edificio se inauguró en el mes de junio de 2006 y está ubicado en el corazón de la ciudad, a tiro de piedra del Teatro Ariston y del centro histórico. En tan solo 4 años de actividad, ya ha acogido varios espectáculos e importantes congresos. Esta gran instalación adaptable permite realizar al mismo tiempo, con la coherencia más perfecta, cualquier tipo de evento (congresos, conferencias, convenciones, seminarios, exhibiciones, lanzamientos comerciales de productos, exposiciones, etc.), así como banquetes, cenas de gala y espectáculos.
