Cancellation/Reduction terms & conditions 1.For full cancellations received in writing by the Hotel no later than 31 (thirty-one) day prior to arrival no cancellation fee and/or charge(s) will be incurred by the Partner. 2. For full cancellations and/or released rooms exceeding the numbers set in reduction policy received 30 (thirty) or less days prior to arrival and up to 14 (fourteen) days prior to arrival the Hotel will be entitled to a cancellation fee equal to 1 (one) night accommodation at the contracted Partner rate per cancelled and/or released room. 3.For full cancellations and/or released rooms exceeding the numbers set in reduction policy received 13 (thirteen) or less days prior to arrival the Hotel will be entitled to a cancellation fee equal to the number of cancelled room nights multiplied by contracted Partner rate per cancelled and/or released room. 4.The Partner shall be entitled to reduction of the reservation without any sanctions as follows: 4.1. 31 days prior to arrival - 100% of the reserved number of room nights; 4.2. 30 - 16 days prior to arrival - up to 20% of the reserved number of room nights; 4.3. 15 - 4 days prior to arrival - up to 10% of the reserved number of room nights; 4.4. 3 - 0 days prior to arrival - 0% of the reserved number of room nights
