Cancellation Policy Standard Reservations: Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the check-in date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date will be charged for the first night’s stay. Non-Refundable Reservations: These reservations are fully prepaid and non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows. Group Reservations (5 or more rooms): Cancellations made up to 14 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of the check-in date will be charged 50% of the total booking amount. Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date will be charged the full booking amount. Special Promotions: Reservations made under special promotions or discounted rates may have different cancellation policies. Please refer to the specific terms and conditions of the promotion at the time of booking. No-Shows: Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice will be charged the full amount of the reservation. Early Departures: Guests who check out earlier than the scheduled departure date will not receive a refund for the unused nights.
