Capofaro es un complejo boutique de 5 estrellas único en su tipo, rodeado de exuberantes viñedos de malvasía en suaves laderas que se degradan hacia el azul del mar. Es el lugar ideal para regenerar cuerpo y alma, o simplemente para relajarse y pasar una estancia romántica e inolvidable. El lujo elegante pero sencillo es la característica principal de la propiedad, combinado con un servicio útil pero nunca intrusivo. Las veinte habitaciones están distribuidas en 7 acres de viñedos y se dividen en 4 categorías: doble, doble superior, suite de lujo y suite exclusiva. Todas tienen una terraza con vistas al mar, que se diferencian unas de otras simplemente por su posición y privacidad. Cada habitación tiene vistas a los viñedos y al mar, un panorama impresionante, especialmente al atardecer, cuando las lejanas islas de Panarea y Estrómboli se bañan de rosa.
