CONFERENCE/MEETING ROOMS Each of the 10 meeting rooms, with capacities up to 120 people, have an elegant décor, original artworks, park view. Directly overlooking the park, all the rooms have large windows and are equipped with the high-tech audio/visual equipment. The award-winning Restaurant Galleria Arté al Lago is the pride of the Grand Hotel Villa Castagnola. A unique restaurant in Ticino inside an art gallery, overlooking the waters of Lake Lugano, offering a breathtaking view. It has 16 Gault&Millau points and is the only Michelin-starred restaurant in Lugano. The lavish rooms host works of art by various artists of international renown, with themed exhibitions that change twice a year, creating an exclusive setting. Head Chef Frank Oerthle, awarded ‘newcomer chef of the year 2009‘ for Ticino, has been at the restaurant since it was opened in 2001.
