Política de cancelación
If the Corporate Client reduces the amount of ordered services by more than 20% (in terms of cost) or cancels the order: - 20-11 days before the beginning date of the provision of services, the Corporate Client shall pay to the Hotel a 30% penalty of the cost of the cancelled services. Such a cancellation must be sent and is accepted by the Hotel only in written form. - 10-7 days before the beginning date of the provison of services, the Corporate Client shall pay to the Hotel a 50% penalty of the cost of the cancelled services. Such a cancellation must be sent and is accepted by the Hotel only in written form. If the Corporate Client cancels any amount of the ordered services: 6-3 days before the beginning date of provision of services, the Corporate Client shall pay to the Hotel a 70% penalty of the cost of the cancelled services. Such a cancellation must be sent and is accepted by the Hotel only in written form. In oral or written form 2-1 days before the beginning date of the rendering the services, and/or on the beginning date of the rendering the services, or in case of no-show, the Corporate Client shall pay to the Hotel a 100% penalty of the cost of the ordered services. In case of no-show of some guests of the group, specified in the order, the Corporate Client shall pay to the Hotel a penalty in the amount of the full cost of the ordered but not used rooms. * under term “cancellation of the confirmed order” here is understood the reduction of amount of tourists, complete or partial refusal of the services specified in the order.
