El Fortuna Hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad, cerca de la plaza más grande y hermosa de Europa, llamada la Plaza del Mercado Principal de Cracovia. El Hotel Fortuna está ubicado en un edificio de vecindad renovado del siglo XIX, que hace años albergó el famoso instituto masculino dirigido por los escolapios. Enfrente del hotel, se encuentra el Palacio Hutten-Czapski, propiedad del Museo Nacional, que tiene su sede a tiro de piedra. El Hotel Fortuna ofrece a sus huéspedes 25 habitaciones. Tenemos 3 habitaciones individuales, 15 habitaciones dobles/con 2 camas individuales, 5 habitaciones triples y 2 suites de lujo. A petición de nuestros huéspedes, ponemos a su disposición las siguientes instalaciones en las habitaciones. La oferta de nuestro hotel contiene también una pequeña sala de conferencias con aire acondicionado, totalmente equipada, con capacidad para unas 35 personas. Nuestra sala es el lugar perfecto para reuniones, capacitaciones y miniconferencias. Proponemos un diseño de cine, aula y semicírculo.
