In the event of cancellation of a confirmed booking, the following charges apply based on the estimated total account for the event: Within 16 weeks of the event date: 100% of the estimated charges Within 36 – 16 weeks: 75% of the estimated charges Within 52 – 37 weeks: 50% of the estimated charges Cancellations must be made in writing or by email. Payment of a deposit indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions. Amendments to these terms can only be made by mutual agreement.

All catering must be provided by Medley’s in-house team. *Decorations: No confetti, glitter, or open flames (e.g., candles) without prior approval. Decorations must be installed and removed within the agreed rental time. *Smoking Policy: Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. *Access to the venue for set-up is available only within the agreed rental period. Additional fees may apply for early access or late departures. *Medley does not provide on-site parking; guests are encouraged to use nearby parking facilities or public transport.
