CANCELLATION/ NO SHOW: The Hotel reserves the right to release all non-guaranteed booking at 18:00hrs on day of arrival. All confirmed (guaranteed) reservations not arriving on the intended arrival date will be considered “NO SHOW” and will be charged for one night. Cancellation requests should be made in writing. Client should receive a cancellation number from hotel reservations department. As proof of cancellation, it is imperative that the cancellation number be kept, should there be disputes regarding no show or late cancellation charges. The Hotel may not waive the charges should the company not be able to prove with a valid cancellation number. Cancellations for the guaranteed bookings must be made prior to 12:00hrs on the day of arrival otherwise, the hotel reserves the right to charge a one night for late cancellation or no show.
