About us
Paulaner Yinchuan is proud to be the first Paulaner in the world serving traditional German specialties with no pork on the menu honoring the Muslim community in the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. The Paulaner Yinchuan features 250 indoor seating in typical charming Bavarian style with white wood table tops and dark brown chairs and benches which create traditional & warm Bavarian hospitality. Our "Gast-Stube' nestles around the copper pots, pipining and the brewery with the Paulaner Schenke as the center piece. There is an elevated seating area and a stage for our live music band. Rustic chandeliers and lamps are underlining a beautiful German Restaurant feeling. The red brick stone walls and a hundreds pictures of beer making and German Hospitality add warmth to the outled as well as the always smiling members of the team.
