Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation, the facility fee is non-refundable. Room reservation deposits will fall under the normal inn cancellation policies. A change of date may be made up to 180 days prior to the event with no additional cost. Due to any conditions beyond our control (weather, power outages, etc), another available date may be selected at no additional charge. If the event is cancelled and not rescheduled, however, there will be a forfeiture of the entire reservation. All prices and policies are subject to change until a contract is signed by both parties.
Additional Information
Eleven rooms (five classic bedrooms and six one-room suites) are open for guests. Reservation of all rooms for two nights are required for most weekend events (holiday weekends may require three nights). Peak rates will apply during designated peak periods in the calendar (listed on the inn website). A 50% deposit is required for booking. Rates for any unfilled rooms will be added to the final client invoice if guests book rooms independently. (Rates are subject to change.)
