The cancellation fee is based on the date written notice of cancellation is received by hotel, and calculated as a % of estimated room revenue and/or a % of estimated F&B revenue in accordance with the following Estimate Room Revenue: 0-30 days prior to the event = 100% 31-60 days prior to event = 70% 61-120 days prior to event = 60% 121-180 days prior to event = 50% 181 or more to date of signature = 40% Estimated F&B Revenue: 0-15 days prior to event = 90% 16-30 days prior to event = 60% 31-60 days prior to event = 40% 61-120 days prior to event = 20%
