Cancellation Policy
If the Renter decides to cancel the event (including change of date for the event) a cancellation fee will apply as follows: Should the Renter cancel less than 10 business days prior to the event, Renter shall not be entitled to a refund of any of the rental fee. In the event Renter cancels the Event at any time prior to 10 days before the Event, the GI shall reimburse the full amount of the rental fee within 10 business days. GI reserves the right to cancel any event at any time up to one week prior to the Event. Should such a cancellation be unavoidable the full amount of the rental fee will be reimbursed within 10 business days. Should such a cancellation, however, be a result of the Renter materially breaching this contract, then the aforementioned cancellation conditions and fees apply.
