Cancellation Policy
Written cancellation notice must be sent to the Event Coordinator (the “Cancellation Notice”). If the CLIENT cancels the Event more than sixty (60) days prior to the scheduled date thereof, 20 F Street NW Conference Center will return all fees and deposits received from the CLIENT except for the non-refundable Event rental space reservation deposit. If the CLIENT cancels the Event between sixty (60) and thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled date, CLIENT shall forfeit the non-refundable Event space reservation deposit, as well as 50% of any other fees and deposits submitted for other services. If CLIENT cancels the Event within thirty (30) days or less of the scheduled date, the CLIENT shall forfeit all fees and deposits received. 20F may not unilaterally cancel contract without cause.
