Airlie’s 300-acre Virginia countryside property sits less than 50 miles southwest of Washington, D.C., making it easily accessible from Washington Dulles International Airport. Every event’s success is ensured with Airlie’s services and facilities customizable to each client’s unique needs. This includes professional meetings and conference support and state-of-the-art technology, all nestled within an exclusive village setting unlike any other in the region. Overnight accommodations are offered in charm-filled, well-appointed guestrooms across four historic buildings on the property as well as two ultra-private four-bedroom cottages overlooking Lake Stanley. Each accommodation is within walking distance of Airlie’s group facilities. The property’s group spaces feature panoramic floor to ceiling windows showcasing gardens, lakes, wooded areas and rolling pastures. The property’s food and beverage offerings are far from your typical conference center fare. Airlie’s culinary team takes great pride in the cuisine served in Airlie Dining Room, including fresh cuts of beef and pork from livestock raised in our own pastures, complemented by vegetables, fruits and herbs grown in our production farm and organic garden. In addition, Airlie’s executive chef is multi-talented in accommodating every distinct need from vegan to specific dietary restrictions with a variety of delectable dishes. To add experiential elements to meetings, Airlie offers a wide variety of team-building and recreational activities—many of which take advantage of the property’s idyllic countryside setting. A dedicated in-house conference planner ensures every event flows seamlessly and successfully from the start of planning through the final day on site and beyond, making the meeting planner’s job far less stressful. For highly sensitive gatherings, Airlie offers secure locations and executive protection services. And the property’s commitment to one dozen sustainability initiatives is a bonus for organizations on a mission to meet green.
