Cancellation Policy
A deposit of 50% will hold your reservation; the balance will be due upon check out. Because of our small size, cancellations or date changes affect us significantly. A last-minute cancellation or date change affords us little chance of rebooking. Therefore, we must uphold a strict cancellation policy. Your deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made at least 45 days prior to arrival. After that, we regret that no refund is possible, regardless of the reason for non-arrival or early departure. In our Rocky Mountain setting, forest fires and other natural disasters are a possibility. In the event that a natural disaster requires a cancellation of your reservation, Bear Creek Lodge cannot be held responsible and refunds are not issued.

The entire lodge is available for exclusive bookings. We offer two large indoor meeting areas and up to six informal breakout spaces…though we’ll always suggest the 155 acres of beautiful wilderness for you to make your own conference room.

It’s built to be a peaceful haven for small corporate retreats best for 12 people, offering a mix of business, accommodation, service and recreation to make an offsite meeting, team building retreat or think tank successful and fun. At the lodge, our clients experience a degree of rejuvenation which only the peace of comfortable, secluded surroundings and the magnificence of Mother Nature seem capable of providing. When you do need to work, we offer two large indoor meeting areas and up to six informal breakout spaces…though we’ll always suggest the 155 acres of beautiful wilderness for you to make your own conference room. We also offer Wi-Fi and audio/visual equipment for presentations and project meetings as you require. Throughout the day, our staff will be on hand to address all needs and ensure you are getting the most out of your visit, whether it’s guiding some of the lodge activities ourselves or packing a snack for your sojourn.
