The Watermark Townsville offers a contemporary & sophisticated dining experience with a renowned atmosphere and is perfect for a pre-dinner cocktail, casual dinner or entertaining clients. Watermark Townsville embraces all North Queensland has to offer and showcases it to local, interstate and international visitors alike. With a unique twist on modern Australian cuisine, the menu provides guests with the opportunity to taste the many flavours of North Queensland, and only the best of other Australian produce. The Watermark restaurant and tavern areas have private booth and lounge areas for private functions, a casual meal or formal dining. Guests are able to dine in the restaurant or relax enjoying a refreshing drink on the raised deck area absorbing magnificent views. Our venues at the Watermark can give exclusive use of inside, outside or the whole restaurant, and tavern areas are a key attribute of the venue for cocktail receptions for up to 300 guests or conference dinners for up to 120 guests.
