Between date of contract signing and 181 days prior to arrival date - 50% of anticipated revenue including guest room, meeting room rental, food, and beverage. Between 180 days and 91 days prior to arrival date - 75% of anticipated revenue including guest room, meeting room rental, food, and beverage. Between 90 days and arrival date - 100% of anticipated revenue including guest room, meeting room rental, food, and beverage.
