An exciting journey into the origins of cava with an exclusive guide: Codorníu is synonymous to the history of a family of winegrowers which dates back to the XVI century. It is the oldest family company in Spain and one of the oldest in the world, with more than 450 years of history to the date. Manuel Ravetós, Condorníu’s driving force, hired in 1895 the Modernist architect Josep Puig i Cadafalch (Gaudi’s coeval) to enlarge the winery. Natural Park Garraf

Garraf Park covers an area of 12,820 hectares just outside of sitges. Hundreds of years of erosion formed caves, sinkholes and pavements into the limestone hills because of their proximity to the water. The flora and fauna includes all of what the Mediterranean has to offer – olive trees, pine trees, fan palms and more. He park includes “Plana Novella” – a pre-modernist country estate restored by Buddhist monks and ultimately becoming a Tibetan Buddhist Monestary in 1996.

Cau Ferrat Museum

Founded in 1893 by the artist Santiago Rusiñol as a home work shop, it became a public museum in 1933 to preserve the artistic spirit of its founder – one of the key figures in the Catalan Moderism Movement.
