Il Residence Marsa Sicla è composto da 25 case unifamiliari per gli appartamenti, dalla Club House e dalle strutture collettive. Il Marsa Siclà Residence è composto da 46 appartamenti in case unifamiliari su due piani, ognuna con una veranda coperta panoramica e un giardino privato. Gli appartamenti sono così suddivisi: 10 monolocali, 26 bilocali, 10 trilocali. L'ambizioso obiettivo è rivolto a certi ospiti non solo mare, ricette e vino ma anche cultura, teatro, musica e arti visive del nostro paesaggio. Il teatro può essere affittato per riunioni ed eventi.
