If there has to be a cancellation, we require two weeks notification before the event, 100% of the deposit will be refunded or can be carried over for a different date.

The Sanford Garden Club is directly accross the street from Sunland Park. This is a perfect location for picnics, basketball, tennis, and a playground for small children. The Garden Club is very close to The Budget Inn and The Holiday Inn Express, both on US 17-92 in Sanford. Both these hotels are just down the street form the Sanford Garden Club and are convenient for out of town guests.
