Cancellation Policy
The deposit is nonrefundable if the event is canceled. The deposit may be transferable prior to sixty (60) days before the event date. The contract may be canceled only by the written notice to Shandin Hills Golf Club 3380 Little Mountain Dr. San Bernardino Ca, 92405 and shall be deemed delivered upon personal delivery or upon receipt by mail. Thereafter, Shandin Hills shall retain the initial deposit stated above. Additional deposits shall be refundable if notice of cancellation is received (30) days prior to the event date.
