Hotel Lar Senior Residence is located in the Historic Center of Salvador in Nazaré, one of the most interesting districts of the city of Salvador close to historic sites such as Pelourinho, Baixa dos Sapateiros and Saúde. The hotel has 15 rooms harmonized in elegant furniture composed of relics and antiquities of various places of the world. Decorated in colonial style the rooms offer exclusive services. Casa das Portas Velhas integrates the charm of Bahia and offers the tourist the concept of a stay in a boutique hotel with exclusive customer service and personalized elegant ambiance with cinnamon and clove fragrance. With a collection of old doors taken from the ruins of manors of Salvador´s historic center, the decoration composes the concept and reserves a cozy place amidst the scenery of the historic center. Located at Largo da Palma, in a 19th century manor it integrates the Unesco heritage site and was the setting of the movie Dona Flor and her two husbands, a world-wide success from the Bahian writer Jorge Amado.
