Cancellation Policy

All “No-Shows” on the date of arrival will be automatically billed for the entire stay. All Cancellations will be billed at the agreed rates. Penalties for Room Cancellations:  Before 91 days prior the arrival no penalty will be applied (except for 20% deposit not refundable)  Between 90 and 61 days before the arrival date, 25% of the rooms per night may be cancelled without incurring any penalties. Any cancellation over the above percentage will be charged for the entire stay.  Between 60 and 31 days before the arrival date, 15% of the rooms per night may be cancelled without incurring any penalties. Any cancellation over the above percentage will be charged for the entire stay.  Between 30 and 15 days before the arrival date, 10% of the rooms per night may be cancelled without incurring any penalties. Any cancellation over the above percentage will be charged for the entire stay.  All rooms cancelled less than 14 days before the arrival date will be charged for the entire stay.
