Cancellation Policy
INDIVIDUALS (up to 9 rooms): 1. The cancellation of individual request (up to 9 rooms) could be made without penalty not later than 24 (twenty-four) hours before the Service date indicated in the Request. GROUPS(10-15 rooms): 1. Cancellations received 15 days or more before the arrival date will not be subject to cancellation fees; 2. Between 14 and 10 days prior to the arrival date, 50% of the number of remaining booked room-nights may be cancelled free of charge; 3. Between 9 and 4 days prior to the arrival date, 25% of the number of remaining booked room-nights may be cancelled free of charge; 4. For rooms cancelled less than 3 days before the date of arrival, the hotel reserves the right to impose a penalty of 100% (one hundred per cent) of the sum of cancelled room-nights. GROUPS(16-50 rooms): 1. Cancellations received 30 days or more before the arrival date will not be subject to cancellation fees; 2. Between 29 and 21 days prior to the arrival date, 50% of the number of remaining booked room-nights may be cancelled free of charge; 3. Between 20 and 10 days prior to the arrival date, 25% of the number of remaining booked room-nights may be cancelled free of charge; 4. Between 9 and 4 days prior to the arrival date, 10% of the number of remaining booked room-nights may be cancelled free of charge; 5. For rooms cancelled less than 3 days before the date of arrival, the hotel reserves the right to impose a penalty of 100% (one hundred percent) of the sum of cancelled room.
