Cancellation Policy

INDIVIDUALS (up to 9 rooms): 1. The cancellation of individual request could be made without penalty not later than 24 (twenty-four) hours before the Service date indicated in the Request. 2. 4.1.3. Should the Company cancel individual hotel room reservation after the due date or time, or should the guest fail to check in at the Hotel on the arrival date set out in the reservation confirmation, the Guest is considered as “no show” and the Company or the Guest shall pay the Hotel a penalty equal to the first night according to the terms of booking as set out in the reservation confirmation. GROUPS (10-15 rooms): 1. Cancellations received 15 days or more before the arrival date will not be subject to cancellation fees; 2. Between 14 and 10 days prior to the arrival date, 50% of the number of remaining booked room-nights may be cancelled free of charge; 3. Between 9 and 4 days prior to the arrival date, 25% of the number of remaining booked room-nights may be cancelled free of charge; 4. For rooms cancelled less than 3 days before the date of arrival, the hotel reserves the right to impose a penalty of 100% (one hundred per cent) of the sum of cancelled room-nights. GROUPS (16-50 rooms): 1. Cancellations received 30 days or more before the arrival date will not be subject to cancellation fees; 2. Between 29 and 21 days prior to the arrival date, 50% of the number of remaining booked room-nights may be cancelled free of charge; 3. Between 20 and 10 days prior to the arrival date, 25% of the number of remaining booked room-nights may be cancelled free of charge; 4. Between 9 and 4 days prior to the arrival date, 10% of the number of remaining booked room-nights may be cancelled free of charge; 5. For rooms cancelled less than 3 days before the date of arrival, the hotel reserves the right to impose a penalty of 100% (one hundred percent) of the sum of cancelled rooms.
