About us
Ritrovo was established in 1995 as Tshwane-Pretoria's pre-eminent authentic Italian restaurant. We invite you to enjoy the award winning cuisine of Giovanni and Fortunato Mazzone and their team in the five star ambience of our four dining rooms. Over the past nearly 16 years, Ritrovo has become the iconic destination of choice for captains of industry, senior diplomats and prominent politicians. However, being Italian, we place high value on family, and the Deli / Bistro section, with its less formal atmosphere, is a hit with families. The cuisine is authentic and the service is old-school at Ritrovo. What attracts all is the unpretentious and warm feeling one encounters whilst indulging in The Ritrovo Experience. Ritrovo is the ideal function venue. We are a practical distance from highways as well as the centre of town and the East of Pretoria. Our fixed menus can be adapted to your exact requirements. Our staff are highly trained, with most having been with us for more than a decade. They will see to it that your experience of a function at Ritrovo is certainly la dolce vita.
