Cancellation Policy

1. Customer understands and agrees that except for our lounge area, Thirst Wine Bar & Bistro charges a deposit of 1/2 of the minimum sales fee to reserve the space services. Cancellations must be in writing and must be received no later than two weeks prior to the event date. Any cancellations received after that time will result in the forfeiture of the deposit fee. 2. The contract price must be paid in full on the event date. Payment may be made by cash or credit card. The deposit will be applied to the final price. 3. Customer agrees that unless Thirst is notified one (1) week prior to the party, if the actual number of guests on the day of the party is less than the number of guests entered on this form, the original order/price remains the same. 4. Thirst reserves the right to substitute items (including but not limited to food and wine) that become unavailable in the market or that exceed reasonable market prices. Thirst will make best efforts to notify the client of such substitution(s) if time allows. 5. Thirst does not validate parking for parties, except for parking validation ticket for the host(s). 6. Any changes to the menu or special requests by Customer must be made in writing no later than five (5) days prior to the event date. 7. In the event of cancellation due to fire, flood, hurricane or other natural disaster, Customer will be given an opportunity to reserve Thirst for another date within the next (1) month, subject to availability. 8. Refunds on cancellations due to extenuating circumstances will be considered on an individual basis and are made at Thirst’s sole discretion.
