Often considered the “gold standard” of live, work and play mixed-use space, the Pearl District is proof that inner-city living at its finest can rise from the ashes of urban decay.

The Italian Rococo Revival architecture was said to be the national showcase of renowned Chicago theatre architects Rapp & Rapp, and has been beautifully restored through a generous donation from Portlanders Arlene and Harold Schnitzer. The Concert Hall plays host to a variety of presentations including classical, jazz, pop, rock, folk and gospel music, dance, theatre, travel films, conferences, and weddings.
