In the event of Group cancellation occurring: 0 to 59 days prior to arrival - 100% of Total Room Block plus 75% of Total Group Function Revenue (once Banquet Event Order has been signed) will be due, plus applicable Tax & Service Charge 60 to 89 days prior to arrival, 75% of Total Room Block plus 50% of Total Group Function Revenue (once Banquet Event Order has been signed will be due, plus applicable Tax & Service Charge 90 to 119 days prior to arrival, e amount of 50% of Total Room Block plus 25% of Total Group Function Revenue (once Banquet Event Order has been signed will be due, plus applicable Tax & Service Charge Between the time of acceptance of agreement and 120 days prior to arrival, initial deposit is non-refundable. All other payments are refundable.
