Cancellation Policy
after signing contract; 120 days or more prior to main group arrival date, 50% of the entire master account will be paid by the organizer as liquidated damages. Between 119 - 91 days prior to main group arrival date, 60% of the entire master account will be paid by the organizer as liquidated damages. Between 90-46 days prior to main group arrival date, 80% of the entire master account will be paid by the organizer as liquidated damages. Less than 45 days prior to main group arrival date, 100% of the entire master account will be paid by the organizer as liquidated damages.
