The Principal Bar & Restaurant brings a touch of class to Midland. Situated in the heart of Midland on Cale Street, it is open for lunch or dinner seven days a week. With quality table service, our restaurant can comfortably sit approx 65 people at any one time. It is the perfect place to host your next event. We have multiple areas suitable for various size functions, both indoors and out.
