Cancellation Policy

Cancellation an payment conditions: 1 room will be free for your tour leader for minimum 10 paying rooms. - Any modification or cancellation has to be sent to the hotel in writing. - For any total or partial cancellation made between 21 days and 14 days before the group arrival, * up to 10% of the room block reserved per night may be cancelled without any charge, * for any cancellation in excess of the 10% authorized, the exceeded cancellations will be charged on the master bill at the negotiated rate on the whole stay reserved. For any total or partial cancellation made between 14 days and the day of the group arrival, all cancellations will be charged at the negotiated rate on the whole stay reserved. Total prepayment will be requested 14 days before the arrival of each group.
