* Cancellations received up to 12 months prior to arrival will incur a 50% cancellation fee. * Cancellations received between 3-6 months prior to arrival will incur a 85% cancellation fee. * Cancellations received inside 30 days prior to arrival (including no shows) will incur a 100% cancellation fee of accommodation and 85% cancellation fee of food and beverage.

We have a mangrove planting nursery onsite where staff and guests plant in everyweek. This is then transplanted along the coast to combat coastal erosion but is also great for carbon offsetting.

We offer paper straws to our guests if they request straws. We use recycable containers for takeaways and excursions as well as wooden takeaway cutlery. We only use paper bags that can be broken down and used for mulch in our compost bins for our vegetable gardens.

We don't usually have a lot of guests that use the gym because we have other activities available for a workout. We have a 6km beach, yoga classes, hikes and complimentary bikes for bike rides. We rarely have more than 3 people using the gym at the same time.

Yes, that is all disinfected once the guests check out. We typically have guests staying 3-7 nights so every 3 days unless specified by guest.

We have one restaurant so we have different dining times. This gives the team time to sanitise all tables before resetting for the next guest.

Regular cleaning throughout the day as well as full sanitisation of frequently touched area
