The College reserves the right to charge for costs related to the preparation of the rental. If the Organization decides to cancel a reservation, it is their responsibility to advise the College no later than 2 weeks in advance of event at which time a poetion of the amount of rental will be refunded. If the College has not received a cancellation notice, an administrative fee will be charged in full..

The Studio in Excentricité is an immersive space with cutting-edge technology. Audiovisual equipment such as video projectors, robotic cameras, remote teleprompters, lighting, and routing switchers make it possible to create hybrid and virtual events on a variety of videoconferencing and webcasting platforms. Some, or all content can be streamed live or even rebroadcast later. Our production team offers end-to-end service from design to dissemination. Sound And Lighting Space show audio, unique in Canada, can be controlled from a single electronic tablet. Removable Screens And Walls 252 linear feet Which means you can create two, three or even four different environments at the same event. Move from a jazz-filled dinner to a DJ-hosted evening in just seconds. Retractable Seating Tucked into Excentricité’s wall, this 375-seat configuration can accommodate theater-type events.
