Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel or change your application after completing the application form process, please contact one of us as soon as possible. A cancellation fee will be charged based on time of notification. ■Hall--Up to 91 days prior to the first day of use・・・ ¥300,000/day, 90～31 days prior・・・ ¥500,000/day 30 days prior to event・・・ ¥1,000,000/day ■Gallery--Up to 91 days prior to the first day of use ・・・ ¥45,000/day 90～31 days prior ・・・¥70,000/day 30 days prior to event ・・・ ¥140,000/day ※100% of expenses for already arranged equipment, labor, etc. will be billed at actual cost. ※ A flat fee will be charged for both the set-up day and the actual day of the event.
