Facility Restrictions
There is no smoking in any of the Inn of Izatys Hotel rooms, Beach Villas, or Town Homes. Izatys Resort does not allow pets at the Inn of Izatys Hotel rooms, Beach Villas, or Town Homes.
Cancellation Policy
*For Hotel: A deposit of $50 per hotel will be charged to your credit card to hold your reservation. *For Beach Villa or Town Home: A deposit of 50% of total will be charged to your credit card to hold your reservation. There is a $500 damage deposit per Beach Villa or Town home rental. This fee is reversed after inspection completion ensuring there is no damage to the rented units. *Notification of cancellation must be received 30 days prior to your scheduled stay to receive a full refund of your deposit. If you cancel your reservation inside of the 30 days of your reservation date, your deposit will not be returned.
