In this age of COVID-19, to do things “right” a Hotel would have to have almost a 1000 rooms to rotate and sanitize effectively, it would have to have over 40 meeting rooms comprising over 75,000sqft of event space to truly embrace social distancing, it would have to have an oversized fitness facility, ample outdoor recreational facilities, an enormous restaurant, an in-house health clinic, and it should probably span no less than 70 acres of property; just to safely service a modest number of Travelers and Conference Attendees.
